Brownie Ciocconi: A dessert served hot with ice cream!

Brownie Ciocconi
100g of Chocolate Chocolates
4 Eggs (separate yolks from whites)
60g Butter
100g Granulated sugar
4 Comice Pears
1 tablespoon of flour
1 teaspoon of rum
1 tub of ice cream (cream, strawberry, or to your liking) ù
Powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
a) Melt the butter in a bain-marie together with the Ciocconi.
b) In a bowl, mix the 4 egg yolks with the sugar with a whisk, until the mixture is light and homogeneous.
c) Beat the 4 egg whites until stiff and add the flour.
Add a) and b), mix the mixture and finally add c).
In a square or round baking pan, overturn some of the mixture thus obtained and place in the oven for about 5 minutes; then remove the pan from the oven and arrange the pre-cut pears lengthwise on top; now turn over the remaining mixture and put in the oven for about 40 minutes at 150 ° C.
Valuable advice:
While the brownie is cooking, check the cooking with the handle of a spoon by making slits in the cake, pulling the spoon away nothing should remain stuck, at this point the Ciocconi Brownie is ready.
Streak with a little Chocolate Ciocconi and finish with a little icing sugar, placing the ice cream next to it to your liking.

And your dessert is served!
